Keeping the Working Man Down

Recently I stumbed across an old copy of Upton Sinclair's The Jungle. Having never read it I picked it up. I am about a third of the way into it. Yesterday I came home from work to find that Bean had ripped the cover off and tried to tear pages out before Kate stopped her. I guess Bean didn't want me to learn about the plight of the working man.
"You fascist." I said to her.
"No! You fascist!" She screamed back at me.
Now that we have a fireplace I am going to have to start watching for my Orwell among the cinders...

Take that, Papa!

I've got that book if you need it. My cover is not quite as old.
Oh, and don't let Bean have it.
